One of the things I’m doing for the next 45 days is taking part in Bob Doyle’s Boundless Living Challenge.
A part of my own personal challenge has to do with my own output as a writer and a blogger. I’ve made a commitment to myself that I will produce a new post on each of my four blogs each day for the next 45 days.
This is day three, and I’m already having trouble with this one!
I’ve always wanted LymanReed.com to be more of a hub for my other work on the web… not as much of a blog as a central starting point.
But I just realized something… it’s OK to have a blog just for fun. I’ve got the RSS feeds from the other sites there in the sidebar…. maybe that’s enough for now.
As a matter of fact, if this isn’t fun, then why the heck would I be doing it?
It sure isn’t for the money.
I even said in my initial post on the Challenge: LymanReed.com will be my playground.
And as a sat down to write tonight - all I could think of were things that I really didn’t want to write about at all.
I suppose my message to myself tonight is… relax! Have fun with this stuff.
Ahh… that feels much better!

And it *is* fun… you’re right about that one!

Hey Lyman,
Godspeed to you with this challenge! I’m feeling that challenge about writing (that would be blogging actually!) myself. But I have decided that my blog is for my joy and my pleasure and I will “Relax and have fun with this stuff”! Life is supposed to be Good and Fun and fretting about stats etc. just doesn’t do that for me!!
I’d love to hear how your Boundless Living goes! Keep us updated!
Joy to you!!
K
Thank you, Karen.
You’re always so supportive…
There’s actually the fifth blog - the one that’s tracking my progress on all of this… but you need to sign up at the Boundless Living Challenge site to view it:
http://creatingabetterlife.net/boundless-living/challenge
It’s free to sign up and participate fully, but you can just lurk if you choose to. Anyone and everyone is invited. There is some really cool and powerful stuff going on.
Just look up “Lyman Reed” after you sign up… I’d love to be your friend on there as well.
