It looks like Alex King’s Twitter Tools plugin is more of what I’m looking for than the last one I tried.
No over the top self promotion, and many more features (like posting tweets back to your own blog), and much more control over which features can be turned on and off.
It’s interesting… this one was sitting right under my nose for the longest time, but I never tried it. It’s Acres of Diamonds all over again.
The latest and greatest next big thing may not always be that new.
